By means of an orientation interview, we at Your International ensure that the wishes of the client are clear, so that we can translate or write persuasive website texts, SEO landing pages, Facebook content or e-mail newsletters.
The process therefore starts with a briefing about the tone of voice, the deadline and other important matters, so that everything is clear to everyone, for FRESH-DEV as an agency, for the client as an end user and for us as the executing party.
At the request of our partner, we always offer the possibility of daily updates and are always open to feedback conversations at your or our location.
When we receive the translation or text from one of our qualified translators or writers, we forward it to one of our proofreaders, in this way we check the quality. Then we send the translation work or text to FRESH-DEV for feedback. Agreed? Perfect!
The majority of our clients work via our White Labeling model. White labeling means that a product or service is delivered by the executing company (Your International) and is rebranded as a product or service by another intermediary company (FRESH-DEV). This also provides clarity for the end client.
